About this grant
Competitive ARC grants that build or expand recovery-to-work systems so people in recovery from substance use disorder can get training and jobs. Planning and implementation projects are funded; a letter of intent comes first. ARC's share depends on each county's economic status: up to 80% in distressed counties (20% match), 70% in at-risk (30% match), 50% in transitional (50% match) and 30% in competitive counties (70% match); projects in attainment counties usually are not eligible.
