American Printing House for the Blind

In fulfilment of 20 U.S.C. 101 et seq., to manufacture and furnish books and other materials specially adapted for instruction of learners who are blind or visually impaired pursuing a course of study of less than college grade in public and private nonprofit institutions in all States, Territories, and outlying areas.

This is a directed award. Only the American Printing House for the Blind may receive these funds when Congress appropriates funds for this program.
