Identify and address the most pressing violent crime problems in a community by developing comprehensive solutions, building partnerships, and employing a data-driven problem-solving approach.
Utilize data and existing infrastructure to prevent and intervene in violent crime and increase prosecutions of violent criminal organizations.
Create and implement sustainable collaborations and comprehensive violent crime reduction strategies to address the most pressing violent crime problems in a community; Use intelligence and data to identify violent crime drivers and individuals at risk of violence victimization or perpetration to intervene, prevent, and improve outcomes; Support the implementation of specific crime reduction activities and resource requirements in collaboration with all relevant partners and stakeholders; Leverage existing task force structures and increase prosecutions of violent criminal organizations.
