What it pays for

Goal: Provide treatment alternatives to incarceration to improve outcomes. Reduce recidivism, overdose fatalities, and involvement in the criminal and juvenile justice systems and/or child welfare system, while increasing access to treatment and recovery support that leads to long-term recovery and improved outcomes for adults, youth, and families. Increase access to, completions of, and improve outcomes for participants in treatment courts. Increase referrals and access to treatment courts and services; increase successful completions of treatment court programs; and collect data to track outcomes and improve programs.
