About this grant

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OJJDP FY 2026 Juvenile Justice System Enhancements program. This opportunity will support states and localities to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of juvenile justice system operations by implementing targeted solutions to high-cost drivers of crime and improving youth outcomes. Applicants will identify specific challenges from across the juvenile justice system and prioritize/reprioritize allocation of scarce resources to support actionable and measurable solutions that prevent and respond to crime, address cost-drivers, and improve strategic and tactical system operations that improve youth outcomes.
