About this grant
Smaller ARC grants for planning work in Tennessee's Appalachian counties, accepted by TNECD on set dates each quarter rather than once a year. ARC's share depends on each county's economic status: up to 80% in distressed counties (20% match), 70% in at-risk (30% match), 50% in transitional (50% match) and 30% in competitive counties (70% match); projects in attainment counties usually are not eligible.
