About this grant
A $104 million state program, paid from TennCare shared savings, for capital projects that expand rural health care (renovations, expansions, new construction) and for seed grants of up to $500,000 to open or expand rural primary care, especially pediatric and obstetric care. Governments, nonprofits, for-profits, and health systems serving rural Tennesseans can apply.
