About this grant
A $43 million program to build quantum networking, cloud access, testbeds and related infrastructure in Tennessee. Lead applicants must be Tennessee nonprofit colleges and universities, development districts, Oak Ridge National Laboratory or public utilities. Consortia may include companies and nonprofits as partners. Minimum award is $1 million with a 20% cash match. Applications close 5 pm CT Oct 23, 2026.
