- All alaska natives enrolled under section 5 of the alaska native claims settlement act to old harbor native corporation and direct or legally adopted descendants of those original enrollees are eligible for this scholarship. Ohsf has adopted as a general scholarship policy that any applicant for an educational or vocational scholarship will receive a scholarship, provided they meet the minimum stated requirements for that scholarship and that ohsf will not weight, compare, or choose between different applications for educational or vocational scholarships.
