What to send
Applicants must first complete a letter of inquiry (loi). The loi needs to include the organizations mission, need and request for funds. Once the loi has been accepted, a full application can be completed on the foundation's website. The full application should include the project details, the projected outcome, past outcomes, as well as supporting information including past and current years budget, audited financial statements (if applicable), copy of form 990, list of the board of directors, a copy of the organization's irs determination letter and photos of their work. Loi's are due between feb 2 - march 5 for spring cycle and july 2 - 30 for fall cycle. Applications must be submitted between march 29 - april 30 for spring cycle and august 31 - october 1 for fall cycle.
