Business criteria: business must be incorporated, located, and operate in the us, consumer-based products / business (direct to consumer, business to business), 2022 gross revenue of $75k - $2m usd, business must not have previously raised funding from venture capital firms, for-profit companies in business since or prior to january 1, 2020, staff size between 2-30 employees (full-time, part-time, independent contractors). Not eligible: locations owned by publicly-traded corporations do not qualify, nonprofit organizations and subsidary businesses or franchisees do not qualify. Awards will be $10,000.
