- Limits
- Grants are only for active employees of dollar general corporation who are experiencing financial hardship due to circumstances beyond their control such as the loss of home due to fire or natural disaster, extraordinary expenses related to the death of an employee or his or her eligible dependent, displacement of an employee due to state or federal declared disaster, and the occurrence of a life-threatening illness or injury or an otherwise unexpected acute illness or injury that requires extended hospitalization or extensive medical care for either the employee or immediate family member. All applicants must fully complete an application and provide appropriate evidence of the situation generating the need.
