Recipients must enroll at least half-time at an accredited community college, vocational school, or four-year college or university located in the u.s. And must not be a relative by blood, adoption or marriage of any officer, director, or employee of the foundation. There are no restrictions or limitations in the selection procedure based upon the race of the prospective recipient or any relative of the prospective recipient. There are no other restrictions or limitations on awards to other charitable organizations.
