The student then creates an online account and completes the application form. The student's high school transcript must be provided. Due to pending litigation, the trustee, scholarship committee and attorney general agreed that beginning in 2023 scholarship awards should be determined by a mediator. The applications were addressed and arrived to regions bank (drew mcnees) and were compiled by the mediator.
