The mccorkle foundation scholarship application. Name, social security number, date of birth, address, sex, home phone number, email address, are you a us citizen, us national or legal resident, current school and location, current gpa, current major, are you currently employed, amount saved for college, write a 350 to 500 word essay that describes the applicant's educational and professional goals, and why they need the scholarship. Two letters of recommendation (one must be from a current high school teacher or university professor, but neither can be from a relative), and a copy of high school transcript (and college or university, if applicable), and any standardized test scores related to the plannededucational pursuits (eg act, sat, lsat, gre, gmat).
