Provide the project name describe the project and its desired outcomes describe how the project supports the lp foundation focus areas grant amount requested total project budget the proposal should not exceed two pages double spaced. Limits
For an organization to be eligible for funding it must: 1. Have 501c3 nonprofit status or be a public school 2. Operate or have programs within one or more of lps focus areas. Lp foundation focuses giving in the following areas: shelter programs public education social services environmental programs 3. Serve communities where lp employees and customers live and work 4. Priority is given to organizations or projects in which lp employees are involved as volunteers.
