A valid, current copy of the irs federal-exempt letter showing the organization is classified as a 501(c)(3) organization. 3. A copy of the most recent audit or accounting report with a management letter.

In order to be eligible, an organization must: 1. Be exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the united states internal revenue code, and/or 2. Agree to use the grant only for purposes that are charitable or educational within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the united states internal revenue code. Regal foundation does not accept grants to/for: 1. Organizations that are not tax-exempt 2. Individuals requesting assistance 3. Organizations requesting funds for use outside of regal communities 4. Political causes 5. Agencies that discriminate based on race, color, creed, sexual orientation or nationality 6. Travel funds for tours or trips 7. Sole support of operating or advertising expenses
