Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Government18 New Mexico Rio Grande Pueblos only: Taos, Picuris, Ohkay Owingeh, Santa Clara, San Ildefonso, Tesuque, Pojoaque, Nambe, Cochiti, Santo Domingo, San Felipe, Santa Ana, Sandia, Isleta, Acoma, Laguna, Jemez, Zia.

Matching requirements

This program has no statutory formula. None for the study report. For construction, the authorizing legislation requires a 25% non-federal cost share. The cost share requirements can be waived by the Secretary of the Interior due to financial hardship on the part of pueblos.MOE requirements are not applicable to this assistance listing.
